Members of God’s Vision Ministries, Inc.:
A signed agreement must be submitted to God’s Vision Ministries, Inc., 694 Hudson Avenue three (3) weeks prior to the date requested. Funerals will be the only time frame exception. Listed below are the types of services and fees available. God’s Vision Ministries, Inc. Member must be in good standing (being dedicated to the church by attending Bible Study and/or Sunday School and being consistent in Sunday Worship Service as well as other church events) and tithe paying members will be exempt from the deposit and fees in this contract.
Non-Members of God’s Vision Ministries, Inc.:
A signed agreement must be submitted to God’s Vision Ministries, Inc., 694 Hudson Avenue three (3) weeks prior to the date requested with a $100.00 deposit for services to secure the date and time of the event requested. Final payment is due prior to requested date of event. Funerals will be the only time frame exception. Listed below are the types of services and fees available. (Deposit not included)
All Applicants must obey all God’s Vision Ministries, Inc. Code of Conduct Rules and Regulations provided in section IV. The Applicant understands and agrees to the above-listed cost.
Payment:
Please make all checks and money orders payable to God’s Vision Ministries, Inc. A fee of $40.00 will apply for checks and credit cards transaction returned for insufficient funds
Cancellation:
You must give a 2 week cancellation notice in order to receive your deposit refund of $50.00
